  4. Refund Issuance: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, your refund will be processed.

4. Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds typically take 50 hours to reflect in your account.
  • UPI or Wallet Payments: Refunds are processed within 48 hours
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be transferred to your bank account or as store credit. Bank details may be required for processing.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong item).
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

6. Exceptions
